On Tuesday (Feb.12/13) we made biscotti. It tatsed almost bland. It didnt taste bad but I didn't really like it. It looked ok and smelled delicious. On Thursday (Feb.14/13) we made hazelnut biscotti. Personally, I think it tasted, looked, and smelled better than the vanilla biscotti. Both times our biscotti came out almost burnt but it still tasted pretty good.
Would you make biscotti again? Would you make them less bland? Or would you make a different kind of cookie?
